1973 Research Manager Linden Machines, Goes.1973 till 1983 widebelt sanding machines developed further to wide belt grinding machines. New for europe.
Further developed till High Pressure Wide Belt Grinding Machines, subsidized by the Dutch Government.
In 1979 the machines used PLC's. Not long after that PC's became available. At that time Ton Muller started a firm of his own in PC's.
First he sold the PC's en bulk to local governmental institutions and larger companies. They call it private PC projects, employers were made acquainted with the PC.
So he became known with the institutions and companies.When asked whether his company can develop some software programs his company began
developing software. Because the PC projects were ending he shifted his business to software engineering.
Cliënttracking systems, budgetting-,laboratory- and Valuationprogramms, and also a Digging Machine expertsystem were developped.
by his firm now called ALL WELL Software. The software was also marketed from 1986 on.
He experienced a broad range of market fields ranging from: local governmental institutions,
the educational field, the industry, social work field, public transportation, the business field, healthcare, the police departments,fire brigades,laboratories and valuation companies.
When the market of the budgetting programms declined in 1994 he shifted his direction of his company to another market: Thinkware.
The name Thinkware for his new company was used in october 1995 for the first time.
With Thinkware he meant all tools you can use as a person to do your job better.
These tools consists of basic principles, methods, techniques, thinkingaids (software) and training.
As a Senior Consultant he gave seminars, workshops, courses and guidance at the implementation
of Thinkware at universities and colleges.
CEO's, management teams, members of the staff and all members that are doing creative knowledgework can use Thinkware.
Several aspects of the work are considered: economics, technology, business management,
psychology and social aspects. With the pseudonym of Ton Think he opened a website on "Thinking Processes".
2003 he retired and opened websites: Recipes to reach 100 year
, Enlarge your chances , his camper Gullivert
and his Spanish Greyhound "Tiga", his MTB "Bikey" and
"His walks".He wrote and still writes stories at The Rowing Club SCALDIS at Goes
and the Omnisportclub D.O.S.C. at Den Dolder the badminton department.

Since 2010 he is member of the biking group "The Gray Pedalists" and
de Historische Vereniging Den Dolder, where he is webmaster.
In 2011 he joined the The Maartendijks Pedalist Club

On the last social medium site he started three virtual clubs: the 100Plus Club,
the UFO Club
and the Badminton Club
In 2013 he joined with his wife Servas Netherlands and hosted members of Servas Germany from Mainz during the 5 Towns Meeting held in Utrecht During Whitsuntide 2013.
